about us

U.S. Immigration & Nationality Law:

U.S. Immigration Law is federal and applies equally to all states and all U.S. consulates abroad. Most immigration filings are done by mail and in most cases do not require personal appearance of attorneys. This allows us to effectively represent clients from virtually all over the country and the world.

Although the firm can provide immigration assistance and counsel for most types of immigration issues, we have limited the scope of our practice to family and employment based immigration in order to better serve our clients.

Non-Immigrant Visas

Non-immigrant visas we process for clients:

  • K1/K3 visa for fiancee or spouse of a US citizen

  • B1/B2 visa or status extensions

  • H1B/R1 visa or status extensions

Immigrant Visas, Naturalization

Immigrant visas and other applications we process for clients:

  • Family based petitions

  • Employment based petitions through Labor Certification (PERM)

  • Schedule A petitions for nurses and physical therapists

  • Religious workers of all recognized faiths

  • Adjustment of status (non-immigrant to immigrant)

  • Immigrant to U. S. citizen

This office currently and had previously represented individuals, family and business clients throughout the United States. Representative clients include medical, educational, tech and religious organizations recruiting workers for under served areas.

I married my wife in the Philippines in 2011. I started my process late due to finances. I applied on my own but had difficulty with the affidavit of support. I hired Jesse Marchan and he made the process easy for me. He asked for documents and I gave them to him. My wife had two strokes and we had to file for an expedited Visa. He stayed on top of the case and my wife arrived in the US on April 15,2017. I enjoyed my interactions with Jesse and I feel like I have gained a friend.
